GET BACK IN SHAPE!
GYM,SWIMMING,AND JOGGING!
Today went to the gym! went with riezan,he waited for me at boon lay interchange for 1 hr,hahas! im so kurang ajar! hahas! meet him at the interchange then took the bus went to jurong stadiun there!
Reached the gym,went to the changing room,then guess who i saw everytime went i to the gym?
it's TAUFIK BATISAH! hahas! so tall sia that guy! when we were at changing room, i change my attire, but suddenly, riezan stared at me, then i asked him why? he say he forgot to bring shoes,then i say its common sense go gym must wear a shoes,where got people in the world wear slipper! STUPID DOG! called friends for shoes,but the were all outside, so we then went out from the gym for a while, we went down went to the nearest block and stole a pair of shoes,at last riezan got the shoe, then we went back to the gym, and start our workout!
Its been a month i have not trained,and just now i start back lifiting weight,it felt different! i guided riezan at the gym as he also want to shape his body! he say he can do 5 sets of bench press,but end up 3 set of bench press,hahas! talk big! After gym went to swimming!
After swimming i called loved to meet us outside the stadium, minutes later loved arrived,so happy and miss her a lot! Then we three went to played pool at arena,hahas! had fun playing! after playing pool i saw riezan left his hp at the pool table as he went off to the counter to pay,so i hide his phone at my pants, hahs! then we quietly waited for him outside the pool area,me at loved acted normal like nothing is happening,then went riezan came by he did not realised,till i say to love i want my hp to take camera, then he suddenly say,"hey where's my phone" loved and i acted normal,we asked him stupid stuff,hahs! riezan was so worried he went in/out the pool area,first he suspect all the chinese boy,then the cashier,hahas! till he complain the cashier to check the camera,haha! funny sia his reaction! then he gave up, we then took the bus dropped at boon lay interchange as he riezan need to take the train and i need to send loved home, so before riezan taking the train,i shake his hand and gave back his hp, hahas! he was like, shocked but then happy! hahs! crazy guy!
Send loved home,slacked a while,talk and send her at the lift!
so happy to meet her today, and i really dont mean what i say when we fought,
